Biography[]
Season Two[]
Eleanor Guthrie learns of Jack and Max’s plan to retrieve the Urca gold. Fearing that it would threaten her attempts to reconcile Nassau with England, Eleanor hires two pirate thugs to kill the crew members who know the location. Atz spends time with a prostitute before going outside to urinate. While Atz urinates off a porch, a pirate thug comes up behind him and stabs him twice in the kidneys before throwing his corpse into the sand. His murder would be avenged by Anne Bonny, who kills the pirate thug when he tries to attack Jack and Featherstone. Max tells Jack that Atz is dead when they rendezvous at the Inn following the attack by Eleanor’s thugs.
Season Three[]
After Eleanor returns to Nassau with Woodes Rogers, she meets with Max to discuss the formation of a council of influential merchants of Nassau and men from Rogers' ranks. While they talk, Max asks if she was on the list of targets for the pirate thugs to kill along with Mr. Atz.
