Governor Woodes Rogers sails out of Nassau’s harbor in order to lure Edward Teach away from his position blockading the harbor. As he sails away under the cover of Fort Nassau’s guns, many townspeople gather in the Tavern’s tower to watch the scene, including Max. The Boy Runner approaches her with a message from Long John Silver, demanding a meeting.
