While negotiating a partnership between the crews of the Walrus and the Ranger, Flint interrupts the meeting twice to insult Vane and demand for payment over the deaths of Mosiah and Levi at Vane's hands. Gates exits the room with Flint to yell at him. While Eleanor Guthrie, Charles Vane and Jack Rackham sit in the parlor, waiting for the Walrus men to return, Jack quips that the Urca de Lima will have arrived in Cádiz and returned by the time they are finished.[2]
