Cartagena is a large and important Spanish port city on the coast of South America. It is part of the Viceroyalty of Peru.

Background[]
The city was founded on June 1, 1533 by Pedro de Heredia. Most of Heredia's men were from the city of the same name in Spain, and they decided to name the new one after their home.
When Albinus was still a pirate, he and his crew sacked Cartagena.
