The First Mate was a the first mate under the command of Captain Parrish aboard his ship.
Biography[]
Season One[]
Parrish's Ship comes under attack by Captain Flint. Parrish first orders the gun crews to fire at the Walrus, but their cannons are inferior and cannot match the range of the pirates’. The pirates return fire, decimating the gun crews and destroying one of the masts. While pirate sharpshooters in the rigging further decimate his crew, Parrish then orders his men to retreat. The First Mate and some others are able to make it into the quarterdeck bunker, and after Parrish makes it inside, he orders the door to be shut and barred. The First Mate tells him thatFisher is still outside, wounded but struggling to make it to the bunker. Parrish closes the door anyway. Fisher makes it to the door and begs to be let inside. Parrish refuses and the First Mate argues with him. When the First Mate moves towards the door, Parrish pulls a pistol on him. Fisher is then shot and his body can be heard slumping against the deck. The pirates then create a smoke screen and begin chanting. They then roll a barrel against the wall of the bunker. The First Mate then peers through the murder hole to see what it is. The barrel then explodes, killing the First Mate and allowing the pirate vanguard to rush in and subdue the rest of the crew.
