Biography[]

Season Two[]

The Goliath chases the True Northa prize that Captain Jack Rackham of the Colonial Dawn is also chasing. Rackham reaches it first and subdues the merchant crew and gathers the cargo before the Goliath arrives. The crew points their weapons at Rackham's men, but Captain Harcourt introduces himself to Rackham, and the two agree to divide the cargo reasonably rather than having the crews or captains fight it out.

Harcourt divides the cargo, but Rackham is displeased with the result. The Goliath crew gets the tobacco and sugar, while the Colonial Dawn gets the blankets, pots and pans. While the tonnage is divided almost equally, the Goliath gets the lion's share of the actual value.

Goliath Quartermaster&Rackham

The Quartermaster and Rackham sit down to discuss terms.

Rackham, after some deliberation with his quartermaster Featherstone, feigns agreement to the deal, albeit with some small adjustments. He then splashes his wine in Harcourt's face and slashes his neck with his dagger, This leads to a prolonged fistfight between the two, with Harcourt beating Rackham to a pulp, before collapsing due to blood loss. As the two crews point their weapons at each other, Rackham begs them to wait. He said that Harcourt wanted to put the entire prize crew to the sword, and he could not let this happen. Rackham orders his men to untie the crew of the True North and arm them. He then asks if there is anyone from the crew of the Goliath that will sit with him and figure out a reasonable deal in light of the overwhelming odds against them. After waiting a moment, the Goliath Quartermaster walks down to the well deck. Rackham throws his sword on the table, and the Quartermaster sheathes his sword and sits down.
