Jim Carver, known as “Old Jim Carver,” was a pirate and member of the crew of the Walrus.

Season One[]
Jim Carver is killed at the end of the battle with the Andromache, when the HMS Scarborough fires on the Walrus as the pirates try and escape. His body is sewn into a canvas bag. During the funeral, his name is said out loud by Dufresne before his body is thrown into the sea.
