Biography[]
Season Two[]
The Guard interrupts Flint's trial with a prisoner in tow. Governor Peter Ashe asks him who his prisoner is and what is going on. The Guard replies that the man says he is Charles Vane. Ashe incredulously asks if the Guard captured him, but the Guard said he turned himself in. Vane replies that he came to offer testimony in defense of Captain Flint. Ashe laughs at the idea of Vane as a credible character witness, but Vane clarifies that he came to offer Abigail Ashe's testimony. The Guard says that Vane was carrying a book with him and gives Lord Ashe his daughter's journal. Lord Ashe and Kensington then adjourn to the Governor's Mansion to discuss how to proceed.
The Militia Guard is presumably killed along with most other members of the Militia during the Sack of Charles Town, either by Vane's crew, who had taken over large sections of The Battery, or by Flint's when they opened fire on the city with the Spanish Man O' War.
