Quotes[]

“He stood for a long time, full of bewilderment and surprise - how did just looking at the Cross instantly relieve him of this burden? He stared steadily at the Cross, and tears of joy and gratitude poured from his eyes. Suddenly three luminous figures appeared before him, who greeted him with the words: “Peace be upon you!” The first of them turned to the Christian with the words: “Thy sins are forgiven you!” - This excerpt is visible when Mrs. Hudson reads the book.
