The Pirate Actor is an actor paid by John Silver to pretend to have been a member of the Royal Lion crew garrisoning Fort Nassau when Charles Vane made his assault.

Season Two[]
In an effort to combat Charles Vane’s message to the people of Nassau, which led to a large number of men pledging their services to him, John Silver paid this man to pretend to have been a member of Benjamin Hornigold’s garrison that survived the Seizure of Fort Nassau.
The man tells a large crowd that Vane and his men swarmed through the gate like locusts, hacking his crewmates to pieces. The man swears to Jesus Christ that it wasn’t their screams that haunt him the most, but the laughter of Vane’s men. A Bystander observes and says to Silver that he thought no one survived the raid from Hornigold’s crew. Silver says that one must have survived and asks the man what he thinks about the feud between captains Flint and Vane.
After he is done, Silver thanks him and compliments him on a lovely performance and thanks him before paying him.
