The Ranking Spanish Sailor was the ranking officer aboard the Spanish Man O' War after the Spanish Boatswain.
History[]
Background[]
The Spanish Man O' War was sent to escort the Urca back to Spain. However, the treasure ship was wrecked on the beaches of Florida by a hurricane. The Man O' War found the wreck and guarded the beach, deploying many of its soldiers and crew to collect the gold and guard it, leaving a skeleton crew behind on the warship.
Season Two[]
While the Spanish Boatswain dealt with the intruders, Flint and Silver, the Ranking Sailor supervised the rest of the crew on deck. After hearing gunshots and what sounded like fighting from the outside, the Ranking Sailor asked if everything was alright and moved to enter but found the doors to the cabin locked. He then ordered his men to find something to break the door down. While the crew begins using a makeshift battering ram on the door, he hears a whistle from the longboats ferrying soldiers to the ship. He goes over to the railing and he sees a soldier pointing. He looks to see what the soldier is pointing at and sees the pirate longboats alongside the ship. He then sees Joshua and Joji climbing to the top of the railing. He is then shot at point blank range by Joji, who proceeds to clamber over the side of the ship.
