Redcoat Patrolman 1 was a member of the British Army in the service of Governor Woodes Rogers.
Biography[]
Season Three[]
After the Conquest of Nassau is complete, the Redcoat and his partner are sent on patrol. At a secluded beach, they hear voices and the Redcoat calls out asking who is there. The Redcoats then discover a large group of slaves preparing to leave in longboats. The Redcoats and the slaves point their weapons at each other. Mr. Scott tries to diffuse the situation, telling the soldiers that he will explain the situation to Captain Benjamin Hornigold, pleading them to come with him. Scott then orders the slaves to put their weapons down to no avail. The Redcoats and slaves exchange fire. Mr. Scott is wounded by a shot to the stomach, and the slaves take him with them as they escape. Meanwhile, the Redcoat’s partner is killed instantly, while the Redcoat crawls away wounded, ultimately succumbing to his wounds.

Eleanor Guthrie mentions the incident between Scott and the soldiers to Flint when she asks about Scott’s fate.
