Biography[]
Season Three[]
While Edward Teach and Flint prepare their weapons for the duel, the Referee announces to the audience that this a matter of honor that is to be settled for good here and now. He adds that the pirates have agreed to combat and accepted common practice. He adds that both parties have agreed that no quarter will be asked, nor given.
When Flint and Teach's pistols are loaded, Flint and Teach go to their positions by their swords. The Pirate orders them to cock their pistols and declares that there is to be no movement until the count of three. The Pirate counts to three, and Flint shoots Teach, seemingly killing him. However, the bullet only grazed Teach's head. The two captains then fight with swords, and Teach steadily hammers Flint into the ground. Before Teach can finish him off, Vane intervenes and pushes Teach away from Flint. A furious Teach then orders that Flint leave Ocracoke Island with Vane.
