Richard Wright-Firth is an actor and member of the cast of the TV series Black Sails. Wright-Firth portrays the role of Muldoon.

Personal lifeEdit

Richard Wright-Firth was born on 1st January 1979 in Norwich, England. He grew up in Harlow, Essex before moving to Botswana when he was 12 years old. He moved back to the U.K. after finishing high school to attend East Berkshire College where he studied Business. He then attended the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London. He now resides in Cape Town, South Africa and splits his time between there and the U.K.

Acting careerEdit

Wright-Firth trained at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and received a 1st class honours degree in acting. On graduating, he joined the BBC's Radio Drama Company. He completed several radio dramas with the BBC and returned to his drama school as the radio and recorded voice lecturer. He has also played in many theatre productions across the U.K. Wright-Firth has appeared in numerous commercial campaigns for the likes of KitKat, Euromillions, FNB, B&Q, etc., and is also an accomplished voice-over artist, completing projects such as the National Geographic documentaries Megastructures for the 2010 World Cup and the Cruise Ship Diaries. Other Narration credits include: The Secret Life of the Circler, Chameleons of the World, and the new series Birdmen. He also does commercial voice-overs. TV credits include The Sinking of the Laconia, SAF3 and Black Sails (Seasons One and Two).
