Spanish Sailor 2 is a member of the Spanish Navy and a crew member aboard the Spanish Man O’ War.
Biography[]
Background[]
The Sailor's ship was sent to escort the Urca de Lima. However, on the way they ran into two pirate ships, the Walrus and the Ranger, who were both defeated by the Spanish. The ship then found the site of the Urca's wreck and guarded the bay near it.
Season Two[]
The Sailor captures Flint and John Silver and attends their interrogation by the Spanish Boatswain. Flint and Silver are tied to chairs in the cabin. The Boatswain tells them that he could torture them both to find out why they’re here, and both of them would suffer. However, their commander arrives in an hour and he wants this matter resolved before then. He offers whoever tells him the information he wants a small sack of gold and an escort to the shore, while the other one will be killed. Silver immediately tells him who they are and that their 32 man crew is waiting to board the ship behind a promontory to the south. Silver is then released by the Sailor and he collects his reward.
As the Boatswain prepares to shoot Flint, Silver cracks a bottle over his head and takes the pistol, aiming it at the Sailor and his knife-wielding crew mate. Flint says he should shoot the other one. The one with the knife has more scars and therefore more combat experience. Silver argues that the Sailor will get to the pistol on the table first, but Flint says Silver can beat him to it. Silver shoots the Scarred Spanish Sailor, killing him. The Sailor then rushes for the pistol and grabs it, but Silver pushes it away when he fires. The two proceed to wrestle for some time until the Sailor gets on top of Silver and prepares to stab him with a knife when he is bludgeoned by Flint with a chair leg.
